Why we built Earlybird
Buying a new build should be exciting, but the best deals are hard to find. Developers who are selling the last few plots often offer real incentives, yet those offers sit in small print or on a sales office wall, and independent developers struggle to get in front of buyers without paying portal fees.
Earlybird sits in the middle. We gather new build homes in one place, put the incentives and the facts up front, add information about the area, and connect you directly with the people selling the homes.
We’re early, and we’re building in the open. Many of the listings you see today were compiled from public sources. Developers can claim their listings for free, correct them and take control, or ask us to remove them.

Stamp duty paid, part exchange and deposit help are the things buyers care about most, and they're usually buried. We put them first.
Honest about what we know
We label what's verified and what isn't, and we say plainly when a figure is an estimate. If something is wrong, you can tell us.
Fair to independent developers
Small and mid-size developers shouldn't have to pay to be seen. Listing is free, and you only pay when a buyer actually turns up.
