Questions developers ask
What counts as a lead?
A buyer who has answered our qualification questions (budget, timeline and intent) and either booked a viewing or reserved a plot with you. General browsing and enquiries aren't charged.
When am I charged?
Only when a viewing is booked (£100) or a plot is reserved (£500). Listing, editing and being found in search are free.
What if a lead isn't genuine?
Tell us. We review every dispute, and invalid or duplicate bookings aren't charged.
Which developments can I list?
New build homes and apartments you're authorised to sell. If an estate agent holds a sole-agency contract on a scheme, check whether you can take direct enquiries before listing it.
Can I change my incentives or availability?
Yes. Sign in to your dashboard and edit your development whenever something changes. Every page shows when it was last verified, so keeping it fresh builds buyer trust.
